As we begin preparations for the fall semester we want to ensure parents and guardians are aware of the following:

• Fall semester statements are now available in Cardinal Pay. Students and Authorized Users can generate statements-on-demand via the Account Activity tab in Cardinal Pay.  Please note that room charges for the Class of 2027 will be added to accounts on June 29^th, once room assignments have been finalized.

• Financial aid awards will not appear on statements unless they have been accepted them in Cardinal Students. Instructions on how to accept awards are here. If students are not seeing 2023-2024 awards in Cardinal Students by July 5th, they should contact the financial aid office at financial-aid@cua.edu or 202-319-5307.

• The due date for the Fall 2023 semester is September 8^th. Payment plan options are available in Cardinal Pay for those who wish to spread payments out over the course of the semester.

• Undergraduates will be auto-enrolled in our Tuition Refund Insurance plan unless the online waiver of coverage is submitted by September 8^th. Waiving of coverage will result in the removal of the premium charge from the student account.

• All domestic students billed for 12 or more credits as well as all international students are required to carry medical coverage. These students will be auto-enrolled in our Student Medical Plan unless an online waiver of coverage is submitted by September 12th. If a premium charge is currently on a student's account, waiving of coverage will result in the removal of the charge.
